We specialize in the manufacture of gelatin capsules, packaging films, capsule-filling equipment, blister packing and cartoning machines, and believe in giving our best to each vertical in our business. Working towards a more efficient and reliable future, we have an extensive Research and Development team that is creating innovative new solutions for old problems.

Formerly known as Packshield and one of the most trusted names under the ACG umbrella, our barrier-packaging unit has now been reinvented. Packshield has now become ACG Pharmapack, and with the new look comes a new agenda.

Where we previously focussed on quality, service and customer satisfaction, we add innovation and customer delight as well. ACG Pharmapack now has an exclusive factory at Shirwal near Pune, with doubled space and tripled machine capacity. We have a new CEO - Michael Franklin who comes with over 25 years of experience in the USA, Canada, Argentina, China and the Asia Pacific region.

ACG Pharmapack is the pioneer of PVdC-coated PVC films in India, and is renowned for its barrier packaging solutions in the global pharmaceutical industry. The innovative product range includes non-halogenated blister films, high barrier for MVTR & OTR and PVC/PE suppository films. All solutions can be customized to suit the diverse needs of our clients and with the much-needed expansion our output capacity is greater than before.

As with any component of ACG Worldwide, achieving world-class perfection and certification is critical. We strive to maintain standards and constantly reach for higher levels of excellence so that our consumers can trust us implicitly. The all-new ACG Pharmapack is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000:2004 certified unit. All the manufacturing facilities conform to cGMP and are at par with Class 100,000 guidelines. In addition, ACG Pharmapack has a DMF Registration with US FDA, conforms to EC norms, has an EMS certification, and is registered with SFDA-China and the Canada Health Department.
