Galaxy is specially developed pharmaceutical grade polymer film having excellent thermoforming properties with significantly high yield, high barrier & complies to global regulatory for pharmaceutical blister packaging of stable, sensitive & highly sensitive molecules.

Galaxy comes in two categories (Clear & metallic look with high aesthetic appeal.)

FEATURES & BENEFITS

1. Galaxy WVTR ranging from 0.11 to 2.16 gm/m²/ day @ 38^o C & 90 % Rh.
2. Galaxy OTR ranging from 0.16 to 7.55 cc/m²/ day @ 23^o C & 0 % Rh.
3. Galaxy offers better yield than conventional barrier PVC films used in pharmaceutical industry.
4. Galaxy is Non toxic & complies with US FDA 21 CFR (177.1315), food & drug approved.
5. Galaxy offers high chemical resistance.
6. Galaxy conforms to international standards.
7. Galaxy offers out standing aesthetic appeal.
8. Galaxy metallic can be used to pack photosensitive drugs as it is opaque in nature.

Galaxy offers excellent MVTR values @ 38^oC & 90% Rh.

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. Galaxy has excellent thermoforming performance on flat forming machine & has temperature window 110 to 120 deg. Cent. Alike normal PVC.
2. Conventional lidding foil (VMCH coated) used for PVC has excellent compatibility with Galaxy.
